My name is Giada and I manage the Podere Stabbiatelli farm together with my family. The farm is located in Montenero d’Orcia, an enchanting village in southern Tuscany. Our farmhouse in Val d'Orcia is positioned between the Maremma and Monte Amiata, one of the most evocative and renowned areas of Tuscany, known for its landscapes and rich gastronomic tradition. The strategic position of our farmhouse near Montalcino allows you to easily explore this fascinating region, famous for its fine wines and historical attractions.
Our farm has a deep-rooted history in this region. My family has been living and working on these lands since the early 1900s, a time when sharecropping was common, and large estates dominated Montenero d'Orcia and the rest of Italy.
Since then, my grandfather, my father and now I have always lived in harmony with nature, taking care of our lands and raising animals with the best agricultural practices, respecting tradition and the needs of nature.
At our farmhouse in Val d'Orcia, we are dedicated to preserving these traditions, offering our guests an authentic experience of rural Tuscan life. Our farmhouse near Montalcino represents a perfect combination of history, nature and genuine hospitality.
